Pricing questions
What counts as a team member?
Anyone who can sign in — you included.
What counts as a recording?
Each video you turn into a procedure. Templates and procedures you type yourself don't count. If you reach the limit, you can move to a bigger plan or wait for next month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Moving up takes effect right away; moving down takes effect at your next billing date.
How do I cancel?
From your billing page, in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you send invoices and handle VAT or sales tax?
Paddle is our reseller and handles invoices and sales tax.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
About 20%. You pay for 12 months up front at the lower monthly price.
